Job Description
The HR Recruitment Associate plays a crucial role in the recruitment process of our company. As an HR Recruitment Associate, your main responsibility is to assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for various positions within the organization.
You will be responsible for posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Advertise job vacancies on various platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and communication with candidates
- Assist in the preparation of interview assessments and offer letters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
