Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include fielding customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. You will also be expected to maintain customer records, escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department, and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in using customer service software are preferred.
