Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Head of Collections. This role is a crucial part of our organization, responsible for overseeing the management and development of our collections department.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of collection strategies and best practices. They will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient collection policies, ensuring timely payment from our clients, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collection strategies and policies
- Monitor and analyze collection performance
- Provide guidance and support to the collections team
- Collaborate with other departments to improve collection processes
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers
