Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Consultant, Technical Solutions – Acceptance. As a member of our technical solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth acceptance and implementation of our products and services by our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Designing and conducting acceptance tests to verify the functionality and performance of our products.
- Working closely with the development team to resolve any technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Providing training and support to clients during the acceptance process.
- Documenting and reporting on acceptance test results and any identified issues.
We are seeking individuals with:
- A strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
