Job Description

Paris Baguette, a Korean brand that will soon open in the Philippines, is currently looking for Shift Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Setting performance metrics for team members and working with them to ensure all metrics are met
• Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
• Managing multiple projects as well as staff members
• Reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Maintaining a work environment that meets company, health, safety, and employment guidelines
• Ensuring that enough staff members are present for the shift
• Balancing the cash register at the end of the shift
• Monitoring inventory levels

Requirements:

• A degree in business management, restaurant management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Natural leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
