Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Account Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through non-voice channels such as email and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively through non-voice channels.
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assisting customers with problem-solving and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
- Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the database.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good typing speed and computer literacy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
