Job Description
An HR Generalist plays a key role in managing various human resources functions within an organization. This position requires a diverse skill set as it involves handling multiple HR responsibilities.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, HR policy implementation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. You will also assist in developing and implementing training programs and maintaining employee records.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies is essential.
