Job Description
As an HR Associate at our company, you will play a key role in supporting the Training and Development department. You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation and execution of various training programs, as well as overseeing the development of our employees.
In this position, your main tasks will include assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, monitoring training effectiveness, and evaluating employee performance. You will work closely with the HR team to identify skill gaps and develop solutions to address them.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in designing and delivering training programs.
