Job Information

Job Description

· Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.

· Accomplishes the Basic/ Further/ Blast and Warehouse Operation’s Pre-Ops, In-process and Post Operations Daily

Monitoring Forms needed for Production and makes corrective action for any deviations identified such as but not

limited to:

• Room Temperature (such as Lairage, Processing Rooms)
• Product Internal Temperature
• Chlorine concentration
• Foreign object

· Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and Quality and Food Safety

System are implemented throughout the operation.

· Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such Waste Water

Treatment and Rendering Plants.

· Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.

· Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.

· Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested.

· Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or

professional training, education, or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Education (preferred level)

• Graduate of any 4 or 5-year course (Engineering or equivalent)
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

B. Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position)

· Have at least 2 years’ relative experience in a food industry.

C. Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Corporate Environmental,
• Safety and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
• Good Communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to Commute:

• Davao (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Davao: Relocate before starting work (Required)
