Job Description
Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
Listening Skills: Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Empathy: Show empathy and understanding towards customers’ situations and challenges.
Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions for future reference.

Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
