Telephone Operator
Job description:
To provide exceptional front desk services by efficiently handling incoming calls, guest complaints & requests, and food and beverage orders.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
- Interacting with Guests
- Handling Guest Complaints
- Answering Incoming Calls
- Taking Food and Beverage Orders
- Conducting Room Service Calls
Minimum Job Specifications:
- At least college level of education
- With pleasing personality
- Prior experience as a Telephone Operator is an advantage
