Job Description
A Document Controller is responsible for managing the company’s documents to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and organization in their storage and retrieval.
Key responsibilities of a Document Controller include:
- Creating, updating, and maintaining documents in both electronic and physical formats.
- Managing document control processes, including revision control, distribution, and archiving.
- Ensuring adherence to document management policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with various teams to collect and review documents for accuracy and completion.
- Organizing and categorizing documents for easy access and retrieval.
