Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing incoming medical records documents coming from patients or facilities
- Index the records and route them to the right contact basis shared guidelines
- Review the patient charts to ensure that documents are not duplicate
- Update the patient history based on the medical records
- Maintain the records in such a manner that they can be accessed easily by giving them the right naming conventions, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Field or Allied Courses like Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Hospital or similar setting
- Well versed with medical records, EHRs, etc.
