Job Description
We’re currently seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients regarding our software applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues related to our software applications
- Providing troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to clients
- Collaborating with development teams to identify and address software bugs and enhancements
- Documenting support requests and resolutions for future reference
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in application support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
