Job Description
As a Correspondence Representative, you will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of Ventra Health Global Services. Your role will involve drafting professional and accurate responses to emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence. You will also be required to maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
- Drafting and proofreading emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and correspondence
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using email and other communication tools
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
