Job Description
The role of a Carrier Operations Coordinator is to manage and coordinate the daily operations of carrier activities within a company. This includes overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of carriers, ensuring on-time delivery, and resolving any issues that may arise throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of carriers and ensure timely pick-up and delivery
- Maintain communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Create and update carrier schedules based on customer demands and available resources
- Monitor carrier performance and make recommendations for process improvements
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may impact carrier operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Requirements:
