Job Description
- Assists in Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Propose and implement HR-related strategy
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Serve as an effective and dedicated HR advisor to employees and management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent (Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science)
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience or has a progressive leadership experience in HR positions.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies, policy-making and implementation, training and development, employee relations, labor relations, organizational development, conflict resolution and management and other aspects of HR
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proactive and must be a team player.
- Willing to work in Calamba City, Laguna
