Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning & Development Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs for our employees.
As a Learning & Development Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, develop relevant curriculum, and deliver effective training sessions. You will also work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging instructional materials and support the overall learning experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Responsibilities:
- – Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning objectives
- – Create engaging and interactive training materials
- – Deliver training sessions in various formats (in-person, online, etc.)
- – Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- – Assist with the implementation of learning management systems
