Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Solutions Services Associate II to join our team. As an Associate II, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR solutions to our clients and supporting the HR Services team.
Your main responsibilities will include managing HR inquiries and resolving client issues, conducting research and analysis, and developing HR policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of HR practices and principles. Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field is preferred.
