Job Description
Role: Training Manager
Timings: Rotational Shifts (Permanent)
Industry: BPO
Work Mode: Work from office
Functional Area: ITES / BPO / Customer Service
Process: Non-Voice
Key Skills: Process Training BPO Operations Healthcare account Training Management
Account: Healthcare
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Salary: 70k – 100k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)
Work Location: Market Market, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite)
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of training managerial experience in handling a healthcare account in a BPO company
- Must be proficient in English
- Educational background: At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
- We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite assessment and interview immediately
Target Start Date: ASAP
