Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist to join our S2P (Source-to-Pay) Central Services team. As a Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for procurement, supplier management, and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyze and report on key procurement metrics to drive performance and cost savings.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.
- Lead and participate in strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver competitive advantage and improve supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
