Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager for our Advisor Development team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our team of advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing training programs to enhance advisor skills and product knowledge
- Monitoring advisor performance and providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Collaborating with the HR department to recruit and onboard new advisors
- Creating and maintaining development plans for individual advisors
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the advisor development process
