Job Description
Company: Better Components, Inc.
Specific Duties:
- Assist the Online Coordinator in the:
- Management of the E-Commerce feature of the official company website and other social media accounts, including the company’s Lazada account.
- Maintenance of the company website(s)
- Updating of the official company website with latest products, photos, item descriptions, specifications, and prices as necessary.
- Implementation of standard operating procedures for online selling.
- Submission of Monthly Reports on web metrics.
- Updating of stocks, availability, and pricing.
- Handling customer online orders, concerns, and reviews.
- Respond to customer inquiries sent to the official company website(s)/social media accounts.
- Ensure that online purchases of customers are handled/processed well, from ordering to packing and final transport, including after sales.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments regarding online purchases of customers.
- Participate in company sales and other promotional activities.
- Post campaign materials for ads to boost postings.
- Manage and post updates.
- Plan, create, and execute posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php443.00 per day
