Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team for the position of Online Chat Agent (Email/Chat Support).
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or by way of written correspondence to deal with concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
- Matches customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Uses persuasive and influencing abilities to handle objections and achieve customers’ buy-in.
- Communicates specific information to internal and external clients and shares knowledge with colleagues.
