Job Description
- Prepare and monitor Delivery Orders.
- Coordinate with the customer for the plan and items for pick-up.
- Responsible for delivery schedule and route optimization.
- Dissemination of delivery order schedule to all concerned personnel.
- Prepare Invoice and Delivery Notes.
- Check and reconcile reports with the customer of Monthly Production Sales.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
- Summarize deliveries per customer per month.
- Monitor actual deliveries versus plan.
- Monitor purchase order balance from customers.
- Updating of purchase order monitoring of customers.
- Adhere to the QEHS Policies of the company.
- College Graduate of a 4-year course.
- Has related work experience in MANUFACTURING companies.
- Computer Literate.
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field/level.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
