Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of customer accounts
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Prepare monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit control procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
