Job Description

We are hiring customer services representatives for providing accounts receivable management services to our Asian Markets. The incumbent will work in our iQor office at Santa Rosa, the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
• Negotiate with customers for achieving the highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans
• Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare a statement of accounts for customers
• Update regular accounts receivable reports for client’s review
• Gather data and documents proper systems per client’s requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dynamic interpersonal and good communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated; meticulous with figures
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent language skills in Japanese
• Good spoken and written English is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php110,00.00 – Php120,00.00 per month
