Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Carrier Sales Representative to join our team. As a Remote Carrier Sales Representative, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with carriers and managing partnerships to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with carriers.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in carrier sales or logistics is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and work remotely.
