Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Google My Business (GMB) Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our GMB listing to enhance our online presence, improve our local search ranking, and engage effectively with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our GMB listing for maximum visibility and engagement.
- Ensure all business information (such as location, contact details, and hours of operation) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly post updates, offers, and relevant content to engage our audience.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize GMB analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest GMB features and best practices.
- Drive SEO strategies and implementation across various platforms to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize Google My Business listings to improve local search results and customer reviews.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO optimizations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Content, Sales, and Product Development to integrate SEO strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare analytics reports to assess the effectiveness of SEO and GMB strategies.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends to drive relevant changes in strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google My Business listings. Case study required during the interview.
- Strong understanding of local SEO practices and how they relate to GMB.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on details.
- Project management experience required.
- Preferably has at least 3 years of management experience in GMB/SEO.
