Job Information

Job Description

1. Respond to daily inquiries & send weekly reports to the management team.

2. Provide sales quotations, as necessary.

3. Send necessary information to all branches & business partners regarding sales and promotions.

4. Represents the company/brand before external institutions and/or sales companies, as directed.

5. Do PHILGEPS Transactions:

a) Keep and maintain records of downloaded files like ITB’s 7 RFQ’s for quarterly report.

b) Update company’s PHILGEPS data and act on notices such as submission of legal documents, etc.

6. Coordinate Kennder transactions:

a) Monitor Inventory

b) Arrange transportations of stocks from BCI Warehouse to Kennder warehouse

c) Accomplish/submit forms for every BCI – Kennder transactions.

7. Coordinate Kennder transactions:

a) Post marketing materials & other information:

b) Monitor FB data and online stores

c) Monitor/Dessiminate updated price and product images.

8. Perform other tasks, as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Basic Knowledge on Canva or Photoshop. (Creative)
• Basic knowledge in sound system/musical instrument preferred but NOT required.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Proven Experience in Product Promotion.
• Willing to travel, initially around Mindanao, and later Visayas and Luzon, particularly Metro Manila.
• Proficient driver of four (4)- wheel vehicle and holder of valid driver’s license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php443.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

Experience:

• Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
