Job Description
Our company, Enderun Colleges, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Career Services Associate. As a Career Services Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist job seekers in their career development journey by providing guidance, resources, and support.
You will be responsible for helping our clients articulate their career goals, develop job search strategies, and enhance their professional skills. This includes reviewing resumes and cover letters, conducting mock interviews, and providing feedback to help them improve their chances of securing employment.
In addition, you will work closely with employers and industry professionals to build partnerships, identify job opportunities, and organize career fairs or networking events. You will also assist in coordinating workshops and seminars to enhance job seekers’ skills in areas such as networking, interview techniques, and resume writing.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the job market trends, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Proficiency in using career-related tools and technology is also essential.
