Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Leader for People & Culture Administration, to work on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team that handles various tasks related to HR administration and support.
As a Delivery Leader, you will ensure that all HR processes and procedures are efficiently executed, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and personnel record management. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
To excel in this position, you should have a solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements. You must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
