Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can drive 6-wheeler and 10-wheeler Truck
- Transporting finished goods and raw materials from company to and from customer plants or material providers.
- Monitor and Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and report if preventative maintenance is necessary.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Report defects, accidents or violations to the immediate superior.
- Monitor vehicle sticker validity and expiration and initiate application and renewal.
- Attend seminars and training with regards to safe driving as required by Industrial Parks.
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
