Job Description
Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads. He/she will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients.
- Research companies to create strategic communication plans.
- Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling).
- Present to prospective clients on the value of solution and services.
- Interact with other sales, marketing, and presales to collaboratively determine customer needs.
- Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 2-3 years of working experience as Lead Generation Specialist.
- Experience working in software solutions company is an advantage.
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Must have knowledge in sales process and prospecting.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Analytic and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Proactive, Team Player, Excellence and Innovate.
JOB SKILLS AND COMPETENCY
- Knowledgeable in CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Efficient in Cold Selling (Cold calling and email).
