Job Description
- Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expediting requests for rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
- Providing data and guides to help the sales team
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators
- Managing sales tracking tools and reporting on important information
- Keeping a record of sales trends
- Liaising with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Staying up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensuring the sales team is on board
- Reviewing pending requests for issuances of clients and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
- Suggesting sales process improvements efforts for the overall business success
