Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Lead Securities Operations Representative for FLEX Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our securities department, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
As the Lead Securities Operations Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of operations representatives, ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively. You will also be in charge of monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Manage daily securities operations, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and technology to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as portfolio managers and compliance officers, to support investment strategies and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with appropriate external parties, such as custodians and brokers.
If you have a minimum of five years of experience in securities operations, preferably in a leadership role, strong analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, we would like to hear from you.
