Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Accounts Groups and Meeting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group and meeting bookings for our international clients.
Your primary duties will include coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of group events, handling client inquiries and requests, negotiating contracts and rates with vendors, and providing excellent customer service throughout the planning process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event planning or hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in using event management software
- Strong attention to detail
