Job Description
– A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
– Prior administrative experience, preferably in an educational or college setting, is highly desirable.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Strong organizational and time management abilities are crucial.
– Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), email, and internet applications is required.
– Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, as the college secretary often interacts with students, faculty, and staff.
