Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Proposal Coordinator to join our team in the fast-paced food and beverage industry. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and submission of winning proposals for our clients.
Your main duties will include gathering relevant information, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing proposal documents. You will also be responsible for managing the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the final proposal meets the client’s requirements.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
