Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues faced by our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and solutions in a comprehensive manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
