Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- With more than a year of experience in collection
- Strong knowledge of billing and processes, and practices
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Job Summary:
Responsible for collecting customer payments, issuance of OR, pursuing and collecting overdue payments, addressing site customer complaints from time to time, and coordinate to Commercial Team or Site Team the collection reports and updates.
