Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling
- Generating new sales leads and following up on potential opportunities
- Providing product information, quotes, and proposals to customers
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective order management
