Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled US Bookkeeper to join our team. As a US Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with US accounting regulations, and providing financial reports to management.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using US accounting principles
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with US taxation regulations
- Handle any other bookkeeping duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. In addition, good communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
