Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Sales and Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of our branch office. Your main focus will be to drive sales and profitability, manage the branch team, and ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Managing and motivating the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Previous experience in managing a branch office is highly desirable.
