Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Management or its equivalent
- With at least 1-year experience as Store Manager in sale retail operations
- Excellent in customer management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in sales techniques and usage of POS
- Ability to set sales goal for the store and set work load priorities
- Have excellent leadership skills
- Willing to be assigned at Makati Area
Responsibilities:
- In-charge in overall operations of the store
- Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept
- Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner
- Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management
- Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily
- Conduct Store meetings as needed with employees
- Adhere strictly to the prevailing guidelines and procedures guiding the operation of the store
- Promote and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the enforcement of health, safety and security rules
- Ensure customer satisfaction as the central objective of the convenience store operation
- Prepares reports and discuss updates with the Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
