Job Description
Position: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment process such as hiring, selection, and onboarding.
- Responsible for the compensation and benefit process, including payroll and remittance of government mandated premiums.
- Assist in performance management process, including the distribution of HR mandated documents like attendance and tardiness report, leave utilization report.
- Provide assistance in employee relations such as monitoring of employee violation of code of discipline, counseling, and issuance of memoranda (all corporate written communication).
Work Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year relevant experience in RECRUITMENT.
- Good communication skills.
- Can start as soon as possible and can work ONSITE in PASIG.
