Job Description

Position: US Recruiter (Night Shift)

Schedule: 11 PM to 8 AM

Work Set-Up: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Involved in sales and marketing of bench consultants to the vendors and clients for the requirements.
  • Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups, and with contacts.
  • Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfort ability.
  • Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
  • Interacting with Tier one Vendors and onboarding new vendors to the company.
  • Involved in marketing consultants on bench to the preferred vendors.
  • Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other networking sites.
  • Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants.
  • Involved with candidates marketing from initial contact through the entire interview/placement process, which includes interview scheduling and follow-up.
  • Negotiating rates with vendors & managing long-term relations with them.
  • Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities as per company norms.
  • Developing new corporate account relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Has experience in any of the following: recruitment/sales and marketing or a similar role.
  • Communicating with different teams, especially with recruitment.
  • Has experience with client management or client onboarding.
  • Knowledge of the US market or has a strong background in the US.
  • Highly organized, keep the database and tracker up to date.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
