JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure timely processing of purchase orders for non-inventory products purchases.
- Source for more suppliers, prioritizing categories of products that require it most.
- Secure and analyze quotations; negotiate price and terms with suppliers and recommend suppliers with respect to cost, quality, and delivery.
- Conduct ocular inspection at supplier’s warehouse/fabrication.
- Act as the Stock Custodian for office supplies, Pantry, and Janitorial supplies.
- Resolve invoicing and payment exceptions, concerns, and schedules with suppliers and internal finance department.
- Submit reportorial requirements on set schedules.
- Perform other tasks required by the Management.
EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:
Bachelor’s Degree of any Engineering course, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and/or supply chain function.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge in overall Procure to Pay process.
- Keen attention to details and good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and people orientation.
