Job Description
With over 5 years of experience in the accounting industry (BPO), we are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, your main responsibility will be to prepare and review reports for sales taxes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports for sales taxes, ensuring accurate tax rates in the system
- Maintain and review exemption certificates for non-taxable items
- File and pay sales taxes as a remote seller in multiple states
- Review sales reports to determine new state registration thresholds
- Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset schedule
- Calculate and record monthly depreciation
- Conduct bank reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (required)
- Experience with ERP systems (required)

Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php38,00.00 per month
