Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various recruitment tasks such as job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
As a Recruitment Associate, you will work closely with the HR department and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be involved in conducting initial phone screenings and reference checks.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
